Operation and use of the screwdriving system
 

• Screwdriving system design and functions
• Technical performance parameters
• Overview of interfaces and their use
• Commissioning
• Introduction to the user interface (web browser)
• Creating screwdriving sequences
• Reading screwdriving curves
• Explanation and demonstration of the various diagnostic functions
• Connection and wiring of interfaces into higher-level systems
• Optional equipment
• Software solutions / updates
• Maintenance, repair and realignment

 
Aim of the training:
With the knowledge from this training, you will be able to create screwdriving programs yourself and transfer them to your controller. You are able to keep your screwdriving system up-to-date and to make useful additions for your application with optional products, e.g. software. Your newly acquired knowledge of maintenance, repair and realignment will help you to extend the service life of your screwdriving system.
 
Duration: 1 day (9 am - 4 pm)
 
Percentage of theory/practice: 10 % / 90 %
 
Number of participants: max. 8 participants
 
Recommended prior knowledge:
We recommend that participants of this training should have already
completed our training 774000 "Basics of screwdriving technology".
 
The in-house canteen takes care of physical well-being during the
training days for face-to-face training at the DEPRAG Academy.
 
Travel and accommodation costs are not included in the price. We would
be happy to recommend a hotel in the immediate vicinity. Please contact
us!

If the minimum number of 4 participants for a training course is not
reached, we reserve the right to postpone the training to another date
at short notice.
 
The fees for training courses in our academy are usually shown in the
offer for each participant.
